Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2018, Alex worked in the Industrial Products Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC where he advised on domestic and cross-border M&A, financings and corporate carve-out transactions for private and publicly traded companies. In his role at Baird, he is responsible for sector coverage, origination and execution of M&A, equity offerings and other financial advisory services.

Alex received a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Carthage College, where he graduated cum laude, and an MBA from Grand Valley State University Seidman College of Business. While at Carthage College, he was a four-year member of the NCAA Division III men’s varsity soccer team.
