Helen joined Baird in April 2021, having previously been an M&A Assistant Director in EY’s Technology, Media and Telecoms team in London. Helen has 12+ years of experience of executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for financial sponsors and entrepreneurs. Whilst at EY, Helen qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Helen has a first-class degree in mathematics, operational research, statistics and economics from the University of Warwick.
