Professional Experience & Education 

Crystal joined Baird in 2026 after spending most of her investment banking career at William Blair where she was instrumental in launching and growing Blair’s Private Capital Markets team. Prior to helping establish Blair’s effort in growth, minority and structured equity capital, Crystal was part of Blair’s Technology Investment Banking Group. Earlier in her career she held strategy and operational roles at Groupon and Infosys Consulting.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
