Professional Experience & Education

During his 20 year career at Baird, Chris has completed over 100 M&A / financing transactions for a broad range of publicly traded, sponsor-owned and family-owned companies in a variety of industries, and has developed recent experience in the specialty interiors / exteriors sector, the outdoor living sector and the professional branded product sector.  Prior to joining Baird in 2004, Chris was in investment banking at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., where he provided analytical support on transactions primarily in the Energy sector. Prior to attending graduate school, Adam worked in various capacities at ABN Amro and LaSalle Bank.

Chris received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.

Chris is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
