Ardis Tabb is a Director in Baird’s Technology & Services group with a focus on the Infrastructure and Environmental Services sectors. Representative transactions include the sale of Helix Traffic Solutions to Nonantum Capital Partners; the sale of RailWorks to Bernhard Capital Partners; and the acquisition of Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services by Aurora Capital Partners. He is responsible for client relations as well as industry and quantitative analysis for financial transactions, including mergers and acquisition, public debt and equity offerings and private placements. Prior to Baird, Ardis was a Vice President at Piper Jaffray. He also served as the Chief of Staff at Aeris, a telecommunications company. Prior to his operating experience, Ardis worked in the investment banking groups of Baird and Houlihan Lokey. Ardis earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
