Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2025, Andrew was a Managing Director and led the industrial and specialty distribution practice at Lazard. Andrew also worked at Stephens as a Managing Director and began his career at McColl Partners as an analyst.

Andrew has completed nearly 100 transactions, advising both private and public clients on mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity private capital raising, and public markets financings. Andrew has extensive experience in the engineered product, MRO, fuel & lubricant, industrial equipment, process & controls distribution segments; as well as across diversified value-added and specialty distribution categories.

Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Furman University.
