Professional Experience & Education

Since joining Baird in 2010, Drew has advised numerous corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of transactions, including sell- and buy-side M&A and public equity offerings totaling more than $18 billion in transaction value.  Prior to joining Baird, Drew worked as an Analyst in the Private Debt & Equity group at Northwestern Mutual Capital.

Drew received an MBA with distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he was a Baird Scholar.  He also received a bachelor’s degree in finance, investments and banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
