Prior to rejoining Baird in 2026, Andrew was at Court Square Capital Partners, where he was a member of the Business Services team. Prior to that, he worked in finance and business development at EyeCare Services Partners and was an Associate at Avista Healthcare Partners. He began his career at Baird in the Global Consumer Investment Banking Group.

Andrew earned an MBA in healthcare management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in finance and Chinese from the University of Notre Dame.
