Justin Holsen is a Managing Director in Baird’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group and leads Baird’s Industrial ECM team. Justin is responsible for equity transactions in Industrial Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, Building & Infrastructure, Flow, Motion and Power Technologies, Machinery & Equipment, Packaging & Containers, Vehicle Technology & Mobility and Water & Filtration. Professional Experience & Education

Justin has led origination and execution on over 120 transactions, including IPOs, Marketed Follow-Ons, Blocks, PIPEs, SPACs, DeSPACs, Crossovers, Spin-offs and other Advisory Services. Justin has led successful offerings for Advanced Drainage Systems, Construction Partners, Fox Factory, Griffon, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Mastercraft, Mayville Engineering, Ranpak, REV Group, Tecnoglass, Twin Disc and V2X, and has been an active bookrunner on several high-profile Industrial transactions. Prior to joining Equity Capital Markets in 2015, Justin was an Institutional Equity Salesman responsible for lead sales coverage for several of Baird’s Institutional clients located on the West Coast. Justin also held various leadership roles across all of Baird’s Institutional Equity & Research group, focused on driving revenue growth and market share gains with key trading partners. Prior to joining the Institutional Equity & Research group in 2006, Justin spent three years in Baird’s Institutional Fixed Income Capital Markets group, most recently as a Fixed Income Salesman, covering accounts across the U.S.

Justin received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Marquette University, where he played Division I Tennis and was team captain.
