Wesley Golladay, Senior Research Analyst

Wes Golladay is Baird’s Senior Research Analyst covering Real Estate – Residential, Net Lease & Shopping Center REITs.  Prior to joining Baird in 2020, he was at RBC Capital Markets for 13 years, most recently co-head of the U.S. REIT research with coverage of companies in the residential, retail and lodging REITs and lodging c-corps, and was a trade operations specialist at Symphony Asset Management for three years. He received a BS in Finance from the University of California, Riverside and an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University.
