Rob Oliver, Senior Research Analyst

Rob Oliver is Baird’s Senior Research Analyst covering Enterprise AI & Software Solutions. He joined Baird in 2013 as Baird’s Technology Sector Desk Strategist and has 24 years of experience in Technology equities.  In 2024 he was named among the top 5% of all Wall Street analysts by TipRanks and in 2017 he was ranked as Institutional Investor’s “Rising Star” for Software.  Before joining Baird, Rob was a Managing Director in Institutional Sales at Cannacord Genuity. He spent the first seven years of his career in Institutional Sales at SoundView Technology Group, the TMT boutique spun out of Gartner Group.  Rob has a BA in English from Hobart College and an MA in Slavic Languages from the University of Texas at Austin.
