Jennifer Grayson, Head of US Sales & Chief Operating Officer of Equities

Jennifer is Head of US Sales & Chief Operating Officer of Equities. She is focused on empowering the organization to even greater collaboration and innovation while fostering positive client partnerships and solutions. Jennifer also plays a prominent role in actively recruiting talent as well as leading associate development programs across the department. Jennifer serves on Baird’s Women’s Marketing Committee and leads the Equities Advisory & Implementation Council. She is currently on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin, also serving on their Strategic Planning and Development Committees. Prior to joining Baird in 2011, Jennifer spent 11 years in a variety of sales, client service and leadership roles across industries. Jennifer earned a BS in Public Administration as a Division I scholarship athlete at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and holds a Series 7 & 63 license.
