Jennifer Grayson, Head of US Sales & Chief Operating Officer of Equities

Jennifer Grayson is the Head of U.S. Sales and Chief Operating Officer for Baird Equities and has been with the firm since 2011. She is responsible for driving the growth of the business—leading strategic sales initiatives that expand revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and elevate Baird’s market presence. In her leadership role, Jennifer focuses on revenue growth, cross-functional alignment and scale, operational excellence, innovation and fostering of long-standing relationships. She also plays a key role in recruiting top talent and leading associate retention and development programs across the department. Jennifer serves on Baird’s Women’s Marketing Committee and Equities Advisory & Implementation Council. Beyond the firm, she has been a board member of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin since 2021. She earned a B.S. in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, where she competed as a Division I scholarship athlete, and she holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
