James Herrick, Head of Global Trading, Managing Director

Jim Herrick is Head of Global Trading for Baird’s Institutional Equity Services group. He oversees Baird’s trading operations in Milwaukee, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco and Stamford and is focused on delivering value-added market color, research content and best execution to Baird’s institutional clients. He also focuses on building trusted relationships with Baird’s clients and actively covers accounts on the East Coast and in the Midwest.

Jim joined Baird in 1986 and has held leadership positions on the sales desk for the past 15 years. He is also a member of Baird’s Management Committee and is actively involved in all aspects of Baird’s equity trading operations. Jim earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
