Chris O’Cull, Senior Research Analyst

Chris O’Cull is Baird’s Senior Analyst covering Restaurants. He has over 25 years of experience in roles focused on the restaurant industry. Prior to joining Baird in 2026, Chris was a Senior Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp., where he covered restaurants and franchise businesses. Previously, he covered the restaurant sector at KeyBanc and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Earlier in his career, Chris served as Director of Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Finance at O’Charley’s Incorporated. Chris graduated from the University of Kentucky with Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and finance, as well as a major in accounting.
