Tim Coyne, Managing Director, Trader

Tim Coyne is a Managing Director and Agency Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) Trader within Baird’s Fixed Income Capital Markets division. In this role, Tim is responsible for trading a wide range of agency MBS products, including pass-throughs, providing liquidity and strategic execution to institutional clients. Tim joined Baird in 2015 to run the Pass-Through and Specified Pool trading desk. Prior to joining, Tim ran the Mortgage Pass-Through trading desk at CRT Capital and spent six years as Head of MBS Trading at BNP Paribas. Earlier in his career, Tim traded at Freddie Mac and Wachovia Bank. Tim received his bachelor’s degree focused on Business Management from Quincy University.
