Stephanie Warren, Managing Director, Co-Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets

Stephanie Warren is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets at Baird, where she provides financial oversight of the business and leads strategic initiatives focused on growth, recruiting, best practices, and operational excellence. She also brings more than a decade of experience as former Chief Operating Officer of the Fixed Income Capital Markets business, continuing to apply that perspective to advance best-practice implementation and support the onboarding and integration of new product lines.

Stephanie joined Baird in 2003 and spent her first eight years in the firm’s Corporate Finance department before transitioning to Fixed Income Capital Markets. She is a member of Baird’s Executive Committee and serves as a Director on the boards of both Robert W. Baird Group Limited and Robert W. Baird Limited. In addition, she serves on the firm’s Audit, Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Talent/HR, and Fixed Income Capital Markets committees and works closely with leaders across Risk Management, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Compliance.

Stephanie is a member of the Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation Board,  serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, is a member of TEMPO Milwaukee, and is President of the All Saints Catholic School Board. She completed the Chicago Booth Executive Leadership Development Program and the Wharton School SIFMA Securities Institute Executive Education Program and holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She was named a Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2023.
