Larry Hawken, Director, Trader

Larry Hawken is a Director and Agency Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) Trader within Baird’s Fixed Income Capital Markets division. In this role, Larry is responsible for trading a wide range of agency MBS products, including pass-throughs and TBA securities, providing liquidity and strategic execution to institutional clients. Larry brings 39 years of industry experience to his role and has held various trading positions at J.C. Bradford, Mercantile Bank, Mark Twain Bank, and Stifel. Larry received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Washington University.
