Jennifer Engel brings more than 20 years of public finance experience through her service with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development. During her tenure, she played a key role in delivering impactful infrastructure and community financing solutions for rural communities across Wisconsin and the country. Jennifer’s leadership extended beyond the state level, including time spent with the USDA National Office, where she advised and supported the Water and Environmental Program’s nationwide portfolio. Her deep commitment to public service and rural development has fostered lasting relationships and a strong reputation for collaboration and results. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
