Hannah Draper, Vice President, Public Finance Banker
Hannah Draper brings nearly ten years of public finance experience serving public-sector clients and structuring municipal financings across Kansas, Missouri, and the Midwest. She brings a strong analytical foundation, deep knowledge of debt instruments, and a proven ability to guide school districts, municipalities, fire districts, and other local governments through complex capital planning and financing decisions.
Throughout her career, Hannah has advanced into increasingly senior roles, supporting and leading municipal financings totaling more than $200 million. Her experience includes structuring General Obligation Bonds, Revenue Bonds, Certificates of Participation, Lease Purchases, and Private Placements, as well as advising clients on long-term capital strategies. She also has extensive experience preparing issuers for bond ratings and helping them strengthen their credit positioning.
Hannah is an active leader in the industry, serving on the Executive Board as the Treasurer of the Kansas/Missouri Chapter of Women in Public Finance. She is also involved with the Kansas City Committee, where she helps create professional development and networking opportunities for women across the region. Hannah graduated magna cum laude from Iowa State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business.
