School District No. 52 Tazewell County utilized Baird's creative structuring and active outreach to generate a 2-8x oversubscription, secure favorable pricing and advance construction of a new Lincoln School building.

Baird delivered strong execution on the City of Lexington’s $4M Electric System Revenue Bonds, structuring term bonds and securing bank‑qualified status to boost demand, reduce financing costs, and advance the City’s fiber and electric system upgrades.

The Village of Hampshire secured favorable rates on its $12.9M GO financing through strategic structuring, active market engagement, and real‑time pricing adjustments executed by Baird.

Baird served as sole manager to Cherokee Classical Academy in Georgia. This transaction is the first “start up school” to be taken to the public market as opposed to being placed with a single investor.
