Baird, as sole underwriter on Winnebago County Forest Preserve District’s $1.9M GO Limited Tax Bonds, led a strategic marketing and pricing process generating $2M in proceeds to finance capital improvements throughout the District.

Baird acted as sole managing underwriter on a $74.9M general obligation bond financing for Antelope Valley Joint Union High School District, supporting funding through a voter-approved measure.

Baird completed a $76M general obligation bond financing for Petaluma City Schools, supporting projects and funding priorities approved by local voters.

Baird served as placement agent to the Community Park District of La Grange Park generating $1.15M in project funds to various park improvements including tennis court repairs.
