Baird served as sole underwriter on the United City of Yorkville’s $9.9M General Obligation Bonds to finance enhancements to the City's water supply system.

Baird served as sole underwriter on Oswego Fire Protection District’s $11.5M General Obligation Bonds. Proceeds financed referendum-approved capital improvements and equipment in and for the District.

Baird served as sole underwriter on the County of Jo Daviess’ $8.6M General Obligation Bonds, financing various improvement to the courthouse.

Baird served as sole underwriter on South Beloit CUSD 320’s $5.5M School Facilities Bonds, financing fire prevention and life safety improvements to existing school buildings.

Baird served as sole underwriter on the City of Rochelle’s $4.7M General Obligation Bonds which generated $5 million to finance improvements to the City’s electric system.

Baird offered several ideas for the district to reduce the cost of borrowing and manage its tax rate. In its first transaction with Boerne ISD, Baird added variable-rate bonds to the debt strategy to give the district more flexibility and control. 

Baird served as senior manager on Palatine CCSD No. 15’s $45.7M General Obligation School Bonds which were part of a $93M referendum approved by voters.
