Baird served as placement agent on Augustana College's $17.3M Revenue Refunding Bonds. To generate the lowest borrowing cost for the College, the bonds were issued as double tax-exempt through the Quad Cities Regional Economic Development Authority.

Baird identified a refunding opportunity for the District’s 2012 GO Limited Tax Bonds and served as placement agent negotiating final terms with the local bank.
