Baird underwrote the Town of Clayton’s $95.8M water and sewer revenue bonds as part of a multifaceted capital plan that also included SRF loans, state appropriations and additional revenue bonds.

Baird assisted District 92 in a successful Debt Service Extension Base referendum. The bonds generated $5.2M for much needed capital improvements to the school building.

Baird served as placement agent on the North Park Fire Protection District’s $5.0M General Obligation Bonds locking in a fixed rate of 4.68% for a 20-year term.

Baird served as placement agent for the Park District of Forest Park, receiving an all-in true interest cost of 3.49%.

Baird was appointed as placement agent on Country Club Hills Park District's $2.1M refunding park bonds, achieving an all-in true interest cost of 3.42%.

As placement agent, Baird helped the Richton Park Public Library District lock in a tax-exempt rate on April 20th and deliver the refunding bonds five months later in September 2022 to eliminate market risk.

Baird served as placement agent on Augustana College's $17.3M Revenue Refunding Bonds. To generate the lowest borrowing cost for the College, the bonds were issued as double tax-exempt through the Quad Cities Regional Economic Development Authority.

Baird identified a refunding opportunity for the District’s 2012 GO Limited Tax Bonds and served as placement agent negotiating final terms with the local bank.

Baird served as placement agent on the Hanover Park Park District’s $2.5M General Obligation Park Bonds, achieving an all-in true interest cost of 3.27%.

Baird served as municipal advisor on the Deerfield Park District’s $4.9M GO Limited Tax Park Bonds, supporting park improvements and recreation facility upgrades.

Baird was appointed as sole underwriter on the negotiated sale of Waukegan Park District’s $12M General Obligation Park Bonds supporting various capital improvements.

Baird served as co-managing underwriter on the University’s Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2022.

As placement agent, Baird negotiated terms and interest rate levels with a local bank that purchased the bonds for the Clark-Edgar Rural Water District.

Baird underwrote $94.9M in bonds for IDEA Public Schools, delivering a combined financing at an attractive interest rate through an aggressive marketing effort led by the firm’s underwriting desk and sales force.

Baird served as sole underwriter on the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County’s $32.5M GO Limited Tax Park Bonds, to fund significant capital projects.
