Jason Spitz, Managing Director

Jason joined Baird’s Business Owner Solutions team in 2019 and is actively involved in all aspects of originating, executing and managing sell-side M&A transactions across a diverse range of industries. In addition to leading transaction processes, he works closely with business owners to develop and refine transition strategies that align with both their personal and financial objectives. 

Jason earned his M.B.A., with a concentration in finance, from the University of Louisville. Prior to his business career, he spent eight years in the NFL as an offensive lineman.
