Baird Associates, contractors, and third parties may use the Internet for legitimate business purposes provided all data confidentiality and sensitivity policies are followed.
Associates may occasionally use the Internet for personal use, using good judgment, so long as said use is infrequent, does not interfere with completing assigned tasks and involves use of appropriate web sites.
At no time shall the following Internet sites be accessed using Baird information resources: pornography, gambling, hacking, job boards, hate groups, or any other site in which the Associate would not want management to be aware of. Be aware that Baird is able to track an individual’s access to external web sites and can monitor length of usage. Violation of Internet usage policies is subject to disciplinary action up to, and including, termination.
