PreSonus Audio Electronics, Inc. (“PreSonus” or the “Company”) recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (“FMIC”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
