Summary

Teachers of Tomorrow, a portfolio company of Gauge Capital (“Gauge”), entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by The Rise Fund (“Rise”). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions and is expected to close as early as late September 2021.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Teachers of Tomorrow on this transaction.
