The Smilist Management, Inc. (“The Smilist” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Zenyth Partners, LP (“Zenyth”), recently completed a secured debt financing (the “Financing”) in support of its affiliation with Encore Dental. The Financing consisted of a senior secured term loan, delayed draw term loan and revolving credit facility.
