Orbus, LLC (“Orbus”) and Nimlok Canada Ltd. (“Nimlok Canada”), the North American business segments of P Three Group Inc. (“P3”), were recently acquired by entities controlled by Tenex Capital Management (“Tenex”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Orbus is the leading provider of outsourced production for signage, displays and exhibits for graphics, event, promotional and trade show dealers in the United States. Orbus offers its customers a complete range of signage solutions, including portable displays, signage systems, fabric structures, modular systems and custom modular systems. Nimlok Canada is a single source solution provider for trade show products, tradeshow services, and portable exhibit displays in Canada. Nimlok Canada delivers a wide range of solutions, from custom trade show exhibits to branded event environments to fast portable solutions like banner stands, kiosks and portable displays and rental exhibits. Nimlok Canada also provides a full spectrum of services designed to help customers maximize ROI on trade show marketing. Nimlok Canada is headquartered in Markham, Ontario.
