Stephanie Warren, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie Warren is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Baird’s Fixed Income Capital Markets business.  As one of 4 partners leading the business, she is responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, recruiting, best practices and operational efficiencies.  Stephanie is a member of Baird’s Audit, Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Talent/HR, and Fixed Income Capital Markets committees.  She joined the firm in 2003 and spent her first 8 years in the Corporate Finance department prior to joining Fixed Income Capital Markets. She is a member of several internal associate resource groups. Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, is a member of TEMPO Milwaukee, and serves on the Executive Board and Finance Committees of All Saints Catholic School. Stephanie attended the Chicago Booth Executive Leadership Development Program and received both a Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
