Ryan Maher, Managing Director

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in public finance. Ryan has extensive experience serving issuers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia with municipal underwriting services. His financing experience encompasses all solution types, including fixed-rate, variable-rate and derivatives-based structures which include new money and refunding transactions for state and local governments, water and sewer systems, higher education and economic development projects. He also served as senior managing underwriter for a financing that was awarded the 2013 Southeast Region Deal of the Year by The Bond Buyer. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from North Carolina State University.
