Michel Clark, Managing Director

Michel joined Baird in 2000. His experience in school finance includes his supervisory position at Sheboygan School District and budgeting preparation at West Allis-West Milwaukee School District. As the assistant superintendent for business services for the Appleton Area School District, he handled the financial services function in the business services office. Mike has also helped districts with debt refinancing, budget forecasting and operational referendum planning. Mike has also instructed finance courses at UW-Whitewater and Marquette University.
