Kevin Mullen, Director

With more than 30 years of experience in the municipal bond industry, Kevin has built an extensive resume in municipal financing across the State of Wisconsin. He has provided tax-exempt financings for all types of municipal entities and has assisted more than 100 communities in meeting their capital needs. Kevin has provided issuers with greater flexibility and interest cost savings by developing structuring and defeasance techniques. He also helped create a cash flow management program that allowed dozens of school districts in the State to efficiently address their cash flow needs. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Marquette University.
