Jay joined Baird in 1988 and has more than 35 years of experience as a municipal bond underwriter and trader. Jay managed Baird’s variable rate note desk before he began underwriting on a full-time basis in 1998. Jay received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
