Elise Murn, Vice President

Elise joined Baird in 2015 after spending two years in public education as an English teacher. During her time with the school business solutions team, she has built and analyzed over 1200 Baird Budget Forecast Models utilized for school district forecasting, analysis, and planning. She specializes in using the Baird Budget Forecast model to analyze future budget impacts, provide Operational Referendum support, forecast revenues and expenditures, plan for and communicate district projects, and more. Elise has assisted districts before, during and after adopting their budget and works with districts on best practices regarding communication tools and techniques when presenting on school finance-related topics. Elise graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education and Writing-Intensive English.
