Professional Experience & Education

Tom brings a decade of experience in investment banking across both Equity Capital Markets and corporate finance advisory, having worked on hundreds of transactions across numerous verticals, including industrial technology, sustainability, financial technology, permanent capital vehicles (SPACs, REITs, BDCs, etc.) and financial institutions broadly. Tom joined Baird in 2022 from UBS Investment Bank where he was a Director in Equity Capital Markets. While at UBS, Tom led the effort to grow out the firm’s SPAC and capital markets advisory businesses. He started his career at Deutsche Bank Securities in Equity Capital Markets focused on financial institutions.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College.
