Jay joined Baird in 2000 and is the institutional fixed income sales manager. Prior to joining Baird, he was a partner and institutional fixed income sales manager for J.C. Bradford & Co. from 1987 to 2000. Jay received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.
