Brett Tucker is a Partner with the Global Private Equity team focused on investments in the Technology & Services sectors. Brett joined Baird Capital in 2003 and spent his first four years at Baird working on U.S.-leveraged buyouts and then started and managed Baird Capital’s investing activities in Asia from 2008-2016. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Brett worked for a U.S.-China focused consulting firm providing investment advisory and market-entry strategy services to multinational clients seeking to expand their business in Asia. Brett also held operating, management and business development roles at private equity-owned technology services firm Telephia. Brett has led seven Baird Capital investments in the services sector and is a past or present board member at Azzur Group, Collage, Kindstar, Kedu, Vitalyst, R2i, Talent Academy and Frontage. He earned a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned an MBA from The Wharton School and an M.A. in international studies with a focus on East Asia from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.
