Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. (“Maravai” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MRVI), a portfolio company of GTCR, LLC (“GTCR”), recently completed a secondary offering of 20,700,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $31.25 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $646.9 million, which included the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 2,700,000 additional shares of Class A common stock on the same terms and conditions. All shares sold in the offering were offered by GTCR.

Baird served as a book-running manager on this offering.
