Summary

adidas AG (“adidas” or "the Company") has completed the divestiture of CCM Hockey (“CCM”), its ice hockey brand, to Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. (“Birch Hill”) for total consideration of $110 million.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to adidas and CCM Hockey.
