The Wall Street Journal Annual Analysts Survey
Since 1993, Baird has been well represented on The Wall Street Journal’s list of the industry’s top analysts. In 2009, five Baird analysts were named among the ” Best on the Street,” including four who have been similarly honored in the past. The survey ranked the top five stock pickers in 44 industries based on their recommendation-performance scores for 2008.

StarMine Awards for Best Brokerage Analysts
A total of 10 Baird analysts were recognized in 2009 with Financial Times/StarMine Analyst Awards. Three earned top stock picker honors and seven were honored as top earnings estimators. The top three stock pickers were chosen across 61 industries and the top three earnings estimators were named in 63 industries, all based on 2008 performance. Baird has been represented in the StarMine Awards every year since their inception in 2001.

The truly outstanding analysts referenced above are among 110 professionals dedicated to providing meaningful, objective analysis on more than 600 companies for Baird’s individual and institutional clients.
