Colin Sebastian is Baird’s senior equity research analyst covering Internet and Interactive Entertainment. Prior to joining Baird in 2011, Colin spent six years at Lazard Capital Markets having established the company’s Internet and Video Game research practice. Colin also worked as an investment banker at JP Morgan/Hambrecht & Quist. Prior to Wall Street, Colin was a business analyst developing software at Chubb Corporation, and was a co-founder and CFO of Latin American career services website Detacuche.com. Colin appears frequently in the financial and industry press, including CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times, among others. Colin graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University and with an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Jayson Noland is Baird’s senior analyst covering IT Systems & Networking. Prior to joining Baird in 2005, he worked for technology firms in the Silicon Valley in engineering and business development roles. In both 2008 and 2009, he was included in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” analyst rankings – Computers and Office Equipment. In 2009, he was designated as an Institutional Investor “Best Up and Comer” – IT Hardware. Jayson received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.

During his career, Steve has been named in The Wall Street Journal “All-Star Analysts’ Survey,” and highlighted as one of the NASDAQ-StarMine top analysts within the Internet Software & Services industry. He received a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Will has also been recognized multiple times by StarMine for both stock picking and earnings estimates accuracy, including No. 1 in 2012 stock picking for the Communication Equipment category. He graduated with a BA cum laude from Tulane University.
