Will is Baird’s senior analyst covering Communications Services. Prior to joining Baird in 2000, he was a vice president with the investment banking firm of J.C. Bradford & Co., where he covered wireless telecommunications companies. Before that, Will was with Hoak Breedlove Weneski & Co. in Dallas, where he held several positions, the most recent being wireless telecommunications analyst. Earlier, he was a senior trader with Fidelity Investments in Dallas. In the 2005 Forbes.com/StarMine Analyst Awards, Will ranked third in estimating earnings for Wireless Telecommunication Services, and he was selected among the Top Equity Analysts – Best Stock Pickers in the same category in 2003. In 2005, Will was ranked among the top five analysts in the "Best on the Street" survey by The Wall Street Journal for his work in the Telecommunications: Mobile sector. He is a four-time winner in the survey and among the top five analysts in the Telecommunications: Wireless category for 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. He graduated with a BA cum laude from Tulane University.

Ken has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Beloit College.

In 2007, he was honored as a Master Stock Picker in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” survey – Electronic & Electrical Equipment. This marked the fifth consecutive year in which Rick has been recognized as among the Best on the Street in the categories of Electronic & Electrical Equipment, Machinery and General Industrial.
