David Loeb

David Loeb joined Baird in 2006 as senior analyst and Managing Director responsible for Baird’s coverage of hotel REITs & select hotel C-corps. Prior to joining Baird, he maintained similar coverage as a Managing Director in Friedman Billings Ramsey’s research department. During his 20 years of research experience he developed a significant background in the hotel space having covered it since 1993.  He also brings equity research experience from Credit Lyonnais Securities, CIBC World Markets (formerly Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.) and Bank of America. In 2007-2010, David was ranked by StarMine as Top 3 Industry Estimator in the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and hotel/gaming industries, with a No. 1 ranking in 2008. He earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Brandeis University and an MBA from Washington University.

Paula Poskon is a Baird senior analyst covering Real Estate – Residential, Retail, & Self-Storage. She was named No. 3 on The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” among real estate analysts for 2009 and No. 2 among real estate analysts for stock-picking in 2011 by StarMine. Prior to joining Baird in 2005, she worked for five years at Lehman Brothers in both investment banking and equity research. Paula received both her BS in Economics and Accounting and her MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Rodgers is Baird’s senior analyst covering Real Estate – Health Care, Data Plans, Diversified, Industrial, Net Lease and Office REITs. Prior to joining Baird in 2012, he was Office / Industrial REIT senior equity research analyst at RBC Capital Markets for six years and Multifamily REITs senior equity research analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets (McDonald Investments, Inc.). David received a BS in Business with majors in Accountancy and Finance from Miami University.
