Prior to joining Baird in 1999, Craig worked in marketing and sales for the Eureka Company, which is now Electrolux Home Care Products. In the 2006 Forbes.com/StarMine Analyst Awards, Craig ranked No. 2 for accuracy in estimating earnings in automobiles. Craig received both a BA in Economics, English and Philosophy, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is also an alumnus of the Applied Security Analysis Program.

Mike was recognized with Forbes.com/StarMine Analyst Awards in 2005 and 2006 as one of the Top Equity Analysts-Best Stock Pickers for his coverage of Electrical Equipment and, in 2005, for Machinery Industries. He received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA and law degree from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis, graduating Order of the Coif and magna cum laude.

Prior to joining Baird in 2005, Mark was at Wachovia Securities for seven years, where he was a senior business services analyst specializing in the human capital solutions sector. He has consistently been ranked highly for both stock picking and EPS accuracy by Forbes.com/StarMine. Before joining Wachovia, Mark covered the same sector for four years at Cleary Gull Reiland & McDevitt. He began his professional career at the Leo Burnett Worldwide agency, where he spent five years specializing in business analysis and consulting services. Mark received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
