Baird BOS Advises Advanced ENT & Allergy on Partnership with SENTA

Baird’s Business Owner Solutions (“BOS”) group recently advised Louisville, KY-based Advanced ENT & Allergy (the “Practice”) on its partnership with Southern Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy (“SENTA”) Partners, a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners.

Operating out of six locations in the Kentucky and Indiana region, Advanced ENT & Allergy brings 13 physicians and nearly 170 support staff to the SENTA platform. The partnership will allow the Practice to continue to grow in the Kentuckiana region while maintaining clinical autonomy and its dedication to high-quality patient care.
