Boston Scientific agrees to acquire Baird Capital's Veniti

Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) has signed an agreement to acquire VENITI, Inc., a Baird Capital venture portfolio company based in Fremont, California and St. Louis, Mo. VENITI has developed and commercialized the VICI VENOUS STENT^® System for treating venous obstructive disease.
