Baird Capital Exits Radius

Baird Capital exited its investment in Radius in connection with the sale of this business to Vistra.  Radius is a leading global accounting and administration company which provides clients with increased resources, an enhanced knowledge base and a dedicated proprietary software platform to support overseas office activities. Vistra is one of the world’s leading providers of international incorporations, trust, fiduciary, private office and fund administration services.
