Baird announced today that it has added a veteran financial advisor team in its Phoenix wealth management office. Robert C. Church and John L. Wentworth, both Senior Vice Presidents, join the firm from Moors & Cabot and bring more than 40 years of combined industry experience.
Church began his career in the financial industry in 1992 at the former brokerage firm Paine Webber. He then moved to Piper Jaffray and Van Kasper before joining Moors & Cabot, where he has been since 2003. Church holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Arizona State University. Active in his community, Church is a member of Executive Council 70, a nonprofit group that volunteers and coordinates fundraising activities for the Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix. Church lives in Paradise Valley, Ariz., with his wife Jennifer and their three children.
Prior to joining Moors & Cabot in 2003, Wentworth was with Van Kasper, and had started his career as a financial advisor with Piper Jaffray in 1995. Wentworth is also a member of Executive Council 70, and lives in Phoenix with his wife Judy and their three children.
